In order for your article to be approved by the editors, it needs to be in the system. You MUST be a REGISTERED MEMBER of Chloe Magazine.com to upload articles for consideration. REGISTERED AUTHORS can add articles by clicking the SUBMIT CONTENT link.

You'll be given a drop down list of sections that are accepting submissions - please select the appropriate section before submitting your article so it can be reviewed by the appropriate editor.

Please note that we reserve the right to edit all submissions for content and to reject any submission for any reason.

When submitting an article, please use the html editor to enter your article and please use the following guidelines.

We use the CHICAGO MANUAL OF STYLE - PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH IT.

• All submissions must be made through the system. We do NOT take email submissions of any type.
• Please enter your information directly into the editor. If you cut and paste from a word processor, be sure to use the REMOVE FORMATTING tool by selecting all the content and clicking the REMOVE FORMATTING icon - it looks like an ERASER.
• TITLES have a maximum character limit of 30 characters.
• Please insert a READ MORE link after your first paragraph - use the button at the bottom of the editor window.

• Each Word In A Title Must Be Capitalized.
• SPELL CHECK and PROOFREAD - then PROOFREAD and SPELL CHECK AGAIN.
• Please do NOT USE ALL CAPS ANYWHERE - ESPECIALLY TITLES
• Do NOT add your name as author to the article, it is automatically added in another section.
• Do NOT use layout formatting, indenting, CENTERING, or UNDERLINING in your articles.
• Photos MUST be uploaded via the image uploader and NOT called from other sites
• ALL images are either RIGHT or LEFT aligned - use the image icon in the editor to align them.

IMAGE GUIDELINES

1. image sizes is 72 dpi and under 250k
2. format is .jpg or .png with LOWER CASE extensions
3. please RENAME your image to something relevant with a maximum of 20 LOWER CASE characters and NO SPACES in the image filename
